Pat Vachon

Pat is passionate about growth, the exploration into what’s possible, and being in service of others.

His entrepreneurial journey started when he was 11yrs old working as an independent windshield cleaner at the local drive in theater. He Co-owned AMS Imaging with his father from 2004-2011. During which he co-wrote and implemented SOP, implemented lean manufacturing elements, implemented enterprise grade Captiva InputAccel software, implemented $650K worth of various document scanners, and grew the company from 15 to a peak of 100. He then attempted a few not so successful ventures with a franchise and two career moves.

His next entrepreneurial chapter was starting over as a general labourer in a construction company in 2013 and left as a Salesforce Consultant in late 2014. During which he started using Skuid & Salesforce and quickly became a Skuid champion of the tool in 2016-2017.

He has recently relit his entrepreneurial flame to begin building from an owner/operator into a medium sized business, and now CEO of a fast growing company.

Interesting Facts:

• He’s performed as a member of the Craz-e-Crew as a performer from 1995 – 2001.
• In 1999 he attained my diploma as an IT Profession at Algonquin College with his MCSEs before the courses were taught.
• Goldmine 5.7 was the first CRM he implemented in 2001
• He implemented Lean Manufacturing in 2003 before he even knew what lean manufacturing was.
• He declaratively built for a professional services management system for mblazonry in Salesforce using Skuid for the UX in 2016-2017. Its features include AP, AR, GL Accounts, Journal Entries, Payments, daily exchange data USD sync, Payroll, Agile Dev, Sprints, user stories, UATs, Expenses.
• In 2017 he implemented, trained a development team on the uses of SDLC and Agile development as the scrum master at Legal Services Corporation.
• He’s traveled the globe as a stunt performer, document imaging business analyst, project manager, scrum master, dev ops, and Salesforce/Skuid Consultant.
